Celtic Nature Expeditions will not under any circumstances be responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising to anyone participating in this or any other holiday. Sporting activities may, by their nature, be hazardous and involve risk. It is recommended that you take out personal accident insurance. You may also want to consider travel insurance as an added protection.

Deposits, Refunds, & Cancellations

A deposit of 250 Euro per person is required with your booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to the start of your holiday. If you cancel your holiday more than 45 days prior to its start, we will refund your deposit less a 60 Euro cancellation fee. Holidays cancelled between 30-45 days prior to start will receive a 50% refund. We regret that no refund can be made for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the start of a holiday. Holidays are considered cancelled if the balance is not received when due. Should Celtic Nature Expeditions find it necessary to cancel a holiday for any reason, your money will be completely refunded.
